On the May Bank Holiday weekend (Friday 28th-Monday 31st May) streams of kids from all over the UK and Ireland will descend on the Lincolnshire showground for fun, worship, teaching and ministry. Yes, Vineyard's Dreaming the Impossible is happening al over again!
It is all about sharing Jesus with the next generation and passing on what we have received ourselves.
I am told by those who have been before it is a huge amount of fun. There are challenges such as Total Wipeout, a football league, workshops and 'after hours' entertainment, so I suspect not much sleep then!
Over the last three years since it has been running Dreaming the Impossible has seen a huge amount of young lives changed, including healing. This year they are expecting to see even more. And from what I am hearing numbers are already looking good, considering it is May and they are camping!
All meals are included in the very reasonable price of £60 (if you book before 28 February) or £65 after the 1st of March. If you have got a party of 10, you get a free place. There is also a cafe and marketplace too.
This really is a great thing these guys do in serving our young people. It is a brilliant weekend for those who aren't quite old enough yet to attend Soul Survivor...and for those who are. They can come as helpers.
If you've got kids then ask us for a flyer and application form. Contact our church office. Although there is an official Dreaming the Impossible website the online booking page isn't quite up and running yet, but I sure it will be very soon. However there is a video to watch, so do check it out.
