Recently I was introduced to the new kids' teaching series What's in the Bible?. Here's their blurb:
"Phil Vischer – creator of the global
smash success VeggieTales – has released his much anticipated follow-up:
‘What’s In The Bible’. And with the first two DVDs available now, the
buzz is already out there.
"Presenting a 13-DVD series. Each DVD
is filled with original music, animation, puppets, and creative writing
that will teach kids about God and his Word.
"The first DVD
introduces kids to the Bible and the book of beginnings, Genesis. Kids
will learn about the key people in Genesis and the important lessons
their stories teach us."
Having watched the first one I was deeply impressed by the quality. If you are involved with leading kids work in your church or think someone might benefit, it might be worth getting the news out to them.
As you may be well aware, our kids in churches are in danger of growing up to be Bible-illiterate. This goes some way to helping our youngest get to grips with the world's best seller. Price: £8.99.
