Just a quick post before the weekend.
Ruth Gedhill has picked up on Alpha, the succesful enquiry programme for people wanting to explore the Christian faith, running an ad to coincide with Big Brother.
"This is Britain's first ever Christian television advertisement. It will run 30 times on E4 in September, at about the same time Big Brother is running, and coinciding directly with the BB final."
As an adman who has a keen critical eye for cringey Christian communications, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I think it is rather fun - and ideal for the target audience. Well done for staying away from the earnest and worthy approach.
